Frequently asked questions
After you have placed your order, one of our designers will contact you via the email address you have provided on the order. You may reply to the designer with any ideas, artwork, or general descriptions of the design you want on your order. The types of art files that work best for us are vector files, such as, AI, PDF, SVG and EPS. In some cases, we can work with large, high resolution JPEG and PNG images as well.
Your designer will then draft a proof of your design. They will continue to create proofs to make sure you are satisfied with the design before sending it to print. We encourage you to make any changes or suggestions during this time. Your order includes up to three rounds of proofing for free. Following that, we’ll charge at a flat rate of $25.00 for each additional round of proofing(non-refundable).
Once you’ve finalized the design of your choice, our production team will proceed with the printing process if payment was made previously on our site. Production time is typically around 7-11 business days and then it ships (check the main page of our website for real time production times) or if “local pickup” was selected you will be able to pick up your order in our office. Some delays may occur in case of inclement weather or holidays.
Production orders are dispatched every other day, prior to 2:00 PM Central Time. Should an order be completed subsequent to the dispatch of the current production batch, it will commence production during the following scheduled production cycle.
Orders ship immediately after it is finished. Upon completion, the system or the designer will contact you again to notify you that the flag is complete and to give you a tracking number for your shipment or will notify you to pick up in our office.
