Shipping Policy

How long will it take my signs to arrive?

Production time is 5 to 8 business days (Not including Holidays) and then your order ships (due to Covid 19 productions times may change. Please check our main page for production time updates). At this time we do not offer a rush production option. Shipping within the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) can be from 1 to 5 business days. Delivery time may vary based on the size of your order and what you ordered. Your delivery time can also depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order. We have no control on delayed shipping transit times as this is determined by our shipping provider UPS/FEDEX/USPS.

 

What states or areas do you not ship to?

 

We only ship to the US 48 contiguous states (including District of Columbia)

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Do you ship residential and commercial?

We ship residential and commercial. Unfortunately, at this time we do not directly ship to logistics or shipping companies.
 

Delivery Method
Our products are shipped through UPS. Sometimes USPS is used for small items and FedEx is used when UPS is not available.
 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email from your designated designer or our system with the tracking number.
